Limousine Service FAQ: Everything You Need to Know
Booking a limousine for the first time or planning a major event can bring up a lot of questions. At Addison Limos, we want to make your experience as seamless and transparent as possible. Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.
1. How far in advance should I book my limousine?
We highly recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons.
- ✓ Peak Seasons: Spring (proms/weddings) and fall require booking 3-4 weeks in advance.
- ✓ Last-Minute Requests: Give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate you!
2. Is gratuity included in the price?
Transparency is key when you book with Addison Limos.
- ✓ Clear Breakdown: We always break down the costs in your quote.
- ✓ Standard Gratuity: Often included in the final booking price for convenience, but always verify during booking to avoid surprises.
3. Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages under certain conditions:
- ✓ Age Requirement: All passengers in your party must be 21 or older.
- ✓ Vehicle Amenities: Many vehicles (Stretch Limo, Hummer Limo) feature mini-bars equipped with ice and glassware.
4. What is the minimum rental time?
Minimum rental times vary based on the vehicle and the day of the week.
- ✓ Weekend Events: Typically a 3 to 4-hour minimum for weddings and proms.
- ✓ Transfers: Airport transfers or point-to-point services often use flat rates.
5. How do I know which vehicle is right for my group?
The best vehicle depends on your group size and the vibe of your event:
- ✓ Stretch Limo (8-10 passengers): Perfect for elegant, intimate gatherings.
- ✓ Sprinter Limo (12-14 passengers): Offers great headroom and a fun party atmosphere.
- ✓ Hummer Limo (14-18 passengers): The ultimate bold statement for large groups.
